Plain-English Summary (The Short Version)

• AuraFill is an AI-powered tool designed to assist you in filling web forms.
• CRITICAL: AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. ALWAYS review and verify every field before submitting any form. You are solely responsible for the information you submit.
• New accounts receive 10 free Flash Coins. Each form fill consumes 1 coin. Additional coins can be purchased.
• Flash Coins expire 90 days after being granted or purchased.
• Do not use AuraFill for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities, or to violate any third-party website's terms.
• The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. Our liability is limited.
• These Terms are governed by Indian law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the AuraFill Chrome extension, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• You are at least 13 years old or have reached the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction and are capable of forming a binding contract with AuraFill.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
• All information you provide to AuraFill is accurate, complete, and current.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" will refer to that organization.

2. Definitions

• "AuraFill", "we", "us", "our": Refers to AuraFill AI Technologies Private Limited.
• "Service": The AuraFill Chrome extension and its associated backend services.
• "User", "you", "your": Refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
• "Knowledge Base": The personal information you store within the AuraFill extension, which the AI uses to fill forms.
• "Flash Coins": Prepaid, consumable digital credits used to perform form fills within the Service.
• "AI Provider": The third-party artificial intelligence service provider (currently Google Gemini) integrated into AuraFill.
• "Form Field Data": The structure, labels, input types, and current values of web form fields read and transmitted by AuraFill.

3. Eligibility and Account Creation

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use AuraFill. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
• Account Creation: You must create an account to use AuraFill. Sign-in is exclusively via Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic account information from your Google account (e.g., name, email address) solely for authentication and account management.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your AuraFill account. You agree to use strong, unique passwords for your Google account. You must notify us immediately at aurafill.in@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration and throughout your use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

4. Description of Service

AuraFill is a browser extension designed to assist you in quickly and accurately filling web forms using Artificial Intelligence.

• Core Functionality: The Service operates by reading the visible fields of a web form, securely transmitting this Form Field Data along with relevant portions of your Knowledge Base to our backend and to an AI Provider (currently Google Gemini). The AI Provider then processes this data to generate suggested values, which AuraFill uses to fill the form fields.
• Assistance Tool: AuraFill is intended solely as a tool to assist you and does not replace your own judgment or verification.
• Sensitive Data Exclusion: AuraFill is engineered to automatically skip and does NOT transmit or fill sensitive fields, including but not limited to passwords, payment card numbers, CVV, SSN, one-time passcodes, bank account numbers, or similar highly confidential financial or personal identifiers.

5. Flash Coins, Pricing & Payments

Flash Coins are prepaid, consumable digital credits required to use the core form-filling feature of AuraFill.

• Free Trial: New accounts automatically receive 10 free Flash Coins upon successful registration.
• Usage: Each instance of an AI-powered form fill consumes 1 Flash Coin. If an AI request fails due to a technical error on our part, the consumed coin will be automatically refunded to your balance.
• Purchase: You may purchase additional Flash Coins. Currently, 1,000 Flash Coins are available for ₹99 (INR) as a one-time purchase.
• "Use Before You Buy" Policy: To ensure responsible usage, you can only purchase more Flash Coins when your current balance is zero (0).
• Expiry: Flash Coins have a limited validity period. All Flash Coins, whether granted as a free trial or purchased, will expire 90 days after they are credited to your account. Expired coins are forfeited and cannot be recovered. Your balance will be reset to zero upon expiry of any active coins.
• Payments: All Flash Coin purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or process your full payment card details. Your payment transaction is directly with Stripe, and your use of Stripe's services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy.
• No Monetary Value: Flash Coins represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use a feature within the Service. They have no cash value, are not exchangeable for money, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside of the AuraFill Service.

6. Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of Flash Coins as instantly delivered, consumable digital credits, all purchases are non-refundable once coins are credited to your account, except where a refund is explicitly required by applicable Indian law or where Flash Coins were demonstrably not delivered due to our error. As detailed in Section 5, coins consumed by failed AI requests are automatically refunded to your balance. For any billing disputes or inquiries, please contact us at aurafill.in@gmail.com.

7. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to use AuraFill only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service or any third-party website. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use AuraFill to submit forms unlawfully, fraudulently, maliciously, or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, third party's rights, or the specific terms of use of any website you interact with.
• Submit false, misleading, inaccurate, or impersonating information, or personal data belonging to other individuals without their explicit, verifiable authorization.
• Employ AuraFill for unsolicited bulk communications (spam), mass or excessively automated form submissions, web scraping, data harvesting, or any attempt to circumvent a website's security measures, access controls, or rate limits.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service, its backend infrastructure, or its APIs.
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the Flash Coin system or any other access controls within the Service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the operation of AuraFill or its servers, networks, or connected services.
• Use AuraFill on any forms where automated assistance is explicitly prohibited, such as certain exams, formal applications (e.g., government, legal, medical), legal attestations, or where human-only input is explicitly required.
• Upload or transmit any content (including within your Knowledge Base) that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and all applicable laws of any third-party website or service you use AuraFill on. AuraFill bears no responsibility for your actions on third-party sites.

8. Your Content (Knowledge Base)

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all information, data, and content you store in your AuraFill Knowledge Base ("Your Content"). AuraFill does not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
• Limited License: To enable us to provide the core form-filling functionality of the Service, you grant AuraFill a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, transmit, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the Service for you, which includes securely sending relevant portions of Your Content to the AI Provider for real-time processing to generate form-filling suggestions.
• Representations: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit Your Content to AuraFill and to grant the license described above, and that Your Content does not infringe or violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

9. AI Output Disclaimer and User Responsibility

AuraFill's core functionality relies on advanced Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, it is crucial to understand the inherent limitations of AI:

• AI-Generated Suggestions: The values suggested by AuraFill for form fields are generated by an AI Provider. These suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, outdated, or contextually incorrect for a given field or situation.
• No Guarantee of Correctness: AuraFill does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of any value it fills or suggests.
• USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are SOLELY AND FULLY RESPONSIBLE for reviewing every single field suggested or filled by AuraFill and verifying its accuracy and appropriateness before submitting any form.
• No Professional Advice: The output generated by AuraFill, including any suggested text, does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for any specific advice.
• Consequences of Submission: AuraFill is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the submission of forms by you, regardless of whether those forms were filled with AI-generated suggestions from AuraFill.

10. Third-Party Services

AuraFill integrates with and relies on various third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• AI Provider (Google Gemini): For AI processing.
• Google OAuth: For user authentication.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Third-party websites: The web forms you interact with are hosted by third parties.

We do not own, control, or endorse these third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or any services they provide. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review independently.

11. Intellectual Property

AuraFill, including its browser extension, backend services, name, logo, design, user interface, underlying technology, and all content (excluding Your Content), is owned by AuraFill AI Technologies Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted to you. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its intellectual property.

12. Suspension, Termination, and Survival

• By You: You may stop using AuraFill at any time by uninstalling the extension from your browser. Upon uninstallation, your account will become inactive, and your access to the Service will cease. Unused or expired Flash Coins are generally non-refundable upon termination, except as required by applicable law.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice, if:
  • You violate these Terms.
  • You misuse the Service or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
  • It is required by law or a valid governmental request.
  • We, in our sole discretion, determine that your continued use could harm AuraFill, our users, or our reputation.
  • The Service or any feature is discontinued.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and any associated data (including your Knowledge Base) without liability, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.
• Survival: Sections 5 (Flash Coins, Payments - limited to existing obligations), 8 (Your Content - limited to license for past processing), 9 (AI Output Disclaimer), 10 (Third-Party Services), 11 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and 17 (Contact Information) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

13.1. Disclaimers:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, AURAFILL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

AURAFILL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION.
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
• THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR CORRECT.
• YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE REVIEW AND VERIFICATION OF ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

13.2. Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AURAFILL AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF AURAFILL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR ACCOUNT.
• THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE AI PROVIDER.
• THE SUBMISSION OF INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR FRAUDULENT INFORMATION BY YOU USING THE SERVICE.

AURAFILL'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AURAFILL FOR FLASH COINS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹500 (INDIAN RUPEES FIVE HUNDRED ONLY).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuraFill AI Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.
• Your Content, including any claim that Your Content caused damage to a third party.
• Your submission of any information through the Service, whether accurate or not.
• Your interaction with any third-party websites or services facilitated by AuraFill.
• Your negligent acts or omissions or willful misconduct.

This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or feature thereof), Flash Coin pricing, or other features at any time, with or without notice to you, without liability.
• Terms Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or new features. When we make material changes, we will:
  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
  • Provide notice through the Service (e.g., an in-extension notification or prominent notice on our website) or via email where appropriate.
  The updated Terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
• Your Acceptance: Your continued use of AuraFill after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the extension.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
• Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law provides for mandatory alternative jurisdiction.
• Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at aurafill.in@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
